Please read these conditions carefully before using the englishcountryvintage.co.uk website. By using this website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time and urge you to check them carefully before you make a purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The use of our site and any contracts formed are governed by English law.
Orders & Payments
Once you are ready to order, add the items of choice to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout following the instructions on the screen. You will be asked to select PayPal to make your payment securely and payment can be made either via a paypal account or via card through Paypal. All payments should be made in Pound Sterling only. We do not accept cheques unless by prior arrangement.
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
If an item has been priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to supply at the correct price and will inform you of this prior to delivery.
All items are subject to availability.
We will arrange for delivery to the address which you specify when ordering. Unless we state otherwise on our website.
We will do our best to arrange delivery within the time specified on our website or (if none) 28 days of the date of your order but we cannot guarantee delivery by these times. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
When we deliver your items to you you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.
Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
Thank you for ordering from English Country Vintage. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we will be happy to help you either return it for a full refund, or exchange it.
However, any dresses made to order to the measurements which you have supplied are NON returnable unless faulty.
You must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days after be returned to us in the same perfect condition it was received, without signs of it having been worn and you will have to pay for the shipping back to us via a SIGNED FOR service, for example recorded delivery but must be within 28days.
If the item is returned damaged or soiled we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
After we receive and inspect the garments, we will issue a refund.
All designs, photos and copy on this site remains the property of the owners. Any unauthorised use of material on this site is strictly prohibited.
Whilst we welcome purchases for brides and bridesmaids, we are not a bridal retailer and hence cannot provide services such as alterations via post, or longer exchange/return periods. We are more than happy to provide advice on the purchases.
We will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any product or pricing information which we place on the site but we make no warranties. Please always refer to labels in garments for care instructions.
